Agnes F. Schrider moved to Virginia in 1996 from Baltimore, MD. She graduated from University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1986. She has worked in a variety of settings including acute care, home health and skilled nursing. However, her favorite environment is the outpatient setting. Agnes is a certified Yoga instructor and trained in meditation and mindfulness and integrates these tools into rehabilitation.

Agnes is passionate about cycling, hiking, fitness and yoga. She loves spending time with her children and family; and enjoys the outdoors, adventure, and traveling.
