Lisa O’Regan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science at the University of Iowa and a Doctoral degree in physical therapy at Creighton University. She completed the APTA Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification.

She is certified in Dry Needling, vestibular and concussion management, manual therapy and joint manipulation. She is a USATF Level 1 Track and Field coach and coached girls’ high school basketball for 8 years.

Lisa enjoys outdoor activities with her family, like hiking, disc golf, pickle ball, and spending time at the beach.
